Questions

Good to know

What do I need on exam day?

A valid passport or national ID card whose details match your account. Arrive 30 minutes before the start.

When do I get my result?

Results are usually published within two weeks. You'll receive an email; if you passed, your certificate is attached as a PDF.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes – exam bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 14 days before the exam, tutoring sessions until 24 hours before. Paid bookings are refunded.

Can I get proof that I have started preparing?

Yes – as soon as you have downloaded a study pack or booked tutoring or an exam, you can get a certificate of enrolment from your account: a PDF you can show to a visa office or your employer, which they can verify online. It proves that you have started, not your language level.

Is the certificate recognised?

Recognition is decided by each employer, university or authority. Some visa and citizenship procedures only accept certificates from specific providers – please check with the institution concerned.
