1. Scope
These terms apply to exam registrations, tutoring sessions and study materials offered by LinguaCertified.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is binding once payment has been received. A seat is reserved for 15 minutes while you complete the payment.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Exams: free cancellation up to 14 days before the exam date. Tutoring: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session. Paid amounts are refunded to the original payment method. Later cancellations: policy to be defined.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumer withdrawal information (Widerrufsbelehrung) – required for distance contracts in the EU.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued in the name and date of birth stated at booking. They may be revoked if they were obtained by deception or issued in error.
