Name and contact details of the controller and, if applicable, the data protection officer.
What we process and why
Account and identity data (name, date and place of birth, email address) to register you for exams, check your identity on exam day and issue your certificate (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Booking and payment data to manage your bookings and invoices. Card details are processed by our payment provider, never by us.
Exam results and the certificate register so that certificates can be verified by third parties you show them to. The register is kept for retention period (Art. 6(1)(c)/(f) GDPR).
Study activity: the date you first download a study pack or book tutoring for a level, so that we can issue your certificate of enrolment.
Certificate verification
Anyone holding your certificate (or its verification code) can view its register entry: your name, date of birth, level, scores and validity. The code is random and cannot be guessed; verification pages are excluded from search engines.
The same applies to your certificate of enrolment: anyone holding it can view your name, date and place of birth, the exam you are preparing or registered for, and whether the document is still valid.
Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies (session, security and language cookies). No tracking, no external fonts or analytics.
